Dear Abhay,

Bohr's theory is applicable to only single electron species, so it is not applicable to He+2 , which is having 0 electron!!

       Good Luck!!!!!!!

Bohr's theory is applicable to all the three species.

Bohr's theory is only applicable to species having single electron arrangement like H atom. Thus Bohr's theory applies to Be3+ , Li2+ , He2+.
