The hydrated sodium carbonate is converted into anhydrous sodium carbonate on heating which means that X molecoles of water are separated completely. Therefore the loss in weight is equal to the X molecules of water.

46% of the weight of hydrated sodium carbonate=18X molecules of water

the molecular weight of sodium carbonate is 106 and that of water is 18

therefore 46%*(106+18X)=18X

find the value of X
