Cv value of He is always 3R/2 but Cv value ofH23R/2 at low temp, 5R/2 at moderate temp and more tha 5R/2 at higher temperature. explain in two or three lines

Helium is an extremely light gas (its density is 0.169 kg/m³) and is therefore very volatile. It is colorless, odorless, non-flammable and completely inert. It cannot sustain life.
