Dear   Anshu ,

Electropositivity is a measure of an element's ability to accept electrons.

Electrode reduction potential is the measure  of that material 's ability  to get reduced but expresses in volts .similar is for oxidation potential , it is the measure of  ability of oxidation of the elemnent .

The difference is nothing. Each is just expressed ina  different format as per the requirement of that application. Electronegativity is expresses as a number , whereas potential as volts .
