Dear saumya,

Electrolysis is a method of using a direct electric current (DC) to drive an otherwise non-spontaneous chemical reaction.

Electrolysis is commercially highly important as a stage in the separation of elements from naturally occurring sources such as ores using an electrolytic cell.

Hydrolysis is a chemcial reaction during which molecules of water(H2O) are split into  (H+) (conventionally referred to as and  (OH) in the process of a chemical mechanism.

Hydration Reaction is a chemical addition reaction where a hydroxyl group and proton are added to a compound.
