According to question=

Coordination no. of metal is six

Hence formula of compound = [M(H2O)5Cl] Cl

Meq. Of AgNo3 = Meq. Of free chloride in complex

.1 × v = 200 × .01

V = 200 × .01/.1

 = 20 ml.
