effective nuclear charge experienced by an electron in nth orbit is the force of attracn. the electron experiences due to protons .
And ionization potential is the potetial required to remove the electron from that atom in nth orbit.

The increase in effective nuclear charge results in an increase of ionisation potential or ionisation energy.

It is ddirectly proportional..this means that increse in effective nuclear charge will also increase theionisation potential or the ionisation energy.
