Concn. for [OH]- => 2.21/(221*2) = > 1/200 g/L
from the reac. with water.
             TiOH        ====>       Ti+            +               OH- 
       [OH]- = [TiOH] = 1/200 M.
and [H+] = Kw/[OH]- => 10^-14 * 200
 
pH = 11.69 approx.
