							As far as the first question is concerned,HNO3 in non aqueous form has 3bond lengths- N=O,N-O and O-H however if hydrolyzed, due to resonance only N,Nbond with partial double (66.66%)bond and single(33.33%)bond character  so all will have same length.And in second question CO3^2- will have largest bond length followed by CO2 and CO respectively as CO3^2- has partial single -partial double bond character CO2 has double bond whilst CO has partial double-partial triple bond character and as bond strength increases, bond length decreases
