The coaching institutes claim that there are different study programmes for AIEEE, IIT-JEE & BITS. Then how can one prepare for all these at one time. If it is false then please advice me how to prepare for all these exams at one time.

I am adhokshid a student of class 10 of kendriya vidyalaya. I want to know if there is any good institute which i can join as here in hyderabad , for joining most of the institutions , i will have to write a test which includes ssc like ramaih.Should i continue my 11 and 12 in kv or go for some other good institution?? If i have to continue in kv the give me the name of a good coaching institution.i am a good and bright student plzz help me anyone...
