When you put zinc chloride in sodium hydroxide solution, sodium chloride and zinc hydroxide are formed.

ZnCl2 + 4NaOH → Na2[Zn(OH)4] + 2NaCl

Zinc chloride react with sodium hydroxide to produce sodium tetrahydroxozincate(II) and sodium chloride. Sodium hydroxide - concentrated solution.
