What will be of State code of eligibility if I appeared for 10th boards in Maharashtra and will appear for 12th boards in Rajasthan?

this means that You will have to enter the name of the state from which you passed Class 12th or equivalent.
hence Rajasthan will be state code of eligibility

Dear student 
The state of elegibility will be , where you are giving your 12th class examination , 
You can use your 10th certi for home address verification of Maharastra 
But your State of elegiblity will be Rajasthan.
