iit kharag pur,
iit bombay,
iit  kanpur,
iit delhi,
iit hyderabad and any one after that

IITs generally follow a similar protocol to begin with, nothing can be said for actual rankings, somewhere teaching methods are better and somewher placement record is fien...so you need to visit these IITs and cull out the relevant information, these institutions may be tried – ITM Uni, Gurgaon,..........Lovely Profession Uni, ….….….JJTU rajasthan
