what is mathematics and computing

Mathematics is the science of number, quantity, and space, either as abstract concepts ( pure mathematics ). Applied maths serves other disciplines such as physics and engineering.

Computing is the activity requiring benefiting from or creating algorithmic processes. Computing includes designing, developing and building hardware and software systems; processing, structuring, and managing various kinds of information etc.
