both are the exams of engg stream , but jee mains are for the nit , and iiit s, and all other GFTI ,
but jee advanced are for ISM and all of the iit ,
and u need to qualify mains first to sit for advanced .

and there are much diffrence in the level , advanced are hard than mains .
in mains u have only 1 option correct ques and in advanced u have every type ques – assertion reason , paragraph based
