They asking 2015 mark sheet during registration for jee advance 2016. if passed in year 2015 but i wrote improvement exam in 2016 so should I submit 2015 mark sheet or how could I explain them about my improvement exam

You can give any one in which you has best scored. But you should directly contact the JEE exam coordinator for clearification.
