of course there is no need to waste time on topic if it is not mentioned in sylabbus of jee advance ob=n their official website , but u have to study for other exams like jee main and bitsat
in these there will be atlest one question from this topic

Whatever is mentioned in the prescribed syllabus, just concentrate on that only and if you are planning to appear in some other tests too then you need to consult the respective institutions’ syllabus....when you actually take the test, you may check your result on the weblinks and if you failed to get in there, prefer to visit some other renowned institutions and try seeking admission over there – College of Engg and Tech, Bhubhneshwar,............Lovely Professional Uni, Phagwara,.........Rajasthan Technical Uni, Kota
