Select 5 rings out of 7 in 7C5 ways. Now each ring has 4 options to choose from given fingers and there are 5 rings like that. Total 4x4x4x4x4.
So total ways 7C5 45

The number of ways of selecting 5 rings out of 7 = 7C5 i.e., = 21 ways.
Now each first ring has 4 fingers to choose . But for the next finger , the number of ways = 5 (because the order can be changed i.e. second ring can be placed above or below first ring) .
Similarly the no, of ways of third , fourth and fifth finger is 6 , 7 and 8 respectively .
therefore total number of ways = 21 X 4 X 5 X 6 X 7 X 8
                                                         = 141120
