if we resolve vector of magnitude 2 & 3 in direction of vector 1.
vector 1 cancel effects thus.
we have left with 2 vectors with magnitude 1 & 2 with 120 degree angle.
Now resultant will be \sqrt{}3
 
NOTE- this can also be solved by taking 2 vectors at a time and further sove by taking two vectors(resultant of first two and third vector), and for angle if you make a triangle you will get angle easily.
so please make a triangle and then solve it
