in Acidic Medium, KmnO4 changes to Mn+2 state, so change in oxidation no. is 5. Fe(C2O4), we have two carbons in the +3 oxidation state and Fe in the +2 oxidation state. In presence of a strong oxidising agent, Kmno4 =, Fe+2 will change to F2+3, and C+3 will change to C+4, so the total electrons required are 3. Now 1 mole of KMnO4 will give 5 electrons.
so no. of moles required are 3/5 = 0.6
