Hi,

We know that two circles are concentric, so draw the figure, ull see that the area bounded is a disk.
Now draw the straight lines in the same figure, as the straight lines are passing through origin so if we draw them then the desired area is area of a part of disk.

That part will be substending an angle at centre ( origin ) which is also andle between pair of straight lines. So find the angle between PSL and than find the desired area.
