Subject wise cutoff in advanced for general is 12 so if i will get 10 marks in phy paper 1 and 30 marks in paper 2 i will qualify in advance r not

Yes, you will be qualified for JEE Advanced because the condition is that you need to qualify in each paper in each subject and the qualifying marks will be 10% of total subject marks in each paper.
