yes ,
You will be allowed to appear in jee mains 2019 even if your marks are less than 75% in board examinations.Candidates appearing for JEE Main 2017 must have passed class 12th with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics in order to apply. However For admission to IITs, NITs, IIITs & CFTIs candidates must have secured at least 75% in their class 12th board exams (65% for SC/ST students).
so, .. yes . you can apply for jee mains . but even if you qualify , you will not be able to take admission in any iit nit etc. so that does not make any sense.
