IIT Delhi (Maths & Computing, Chemical, Production, CIvil), IIT Kanpur (Chemical, Civil), IIT Kharagpur (Chemical, Civil),IIT Roorkee (CSE, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil).

see it bases on your intrest. if u r intrested towards computers. u can take mathematics computing at delhi first later give your preference to iit roorkee cse. in future era of chemical technology will bee seen.

so i feel most better to take chemical at iit kharghpur
