My expected obc rank in jee advance 2014 is 1000 and i want to take computer science,which iit i should expect to get.
If i am offered with dual degree programme in cs if i took it what effect will it cause in salary or placement .What should i do in that circumstances.

You may not be able to get computer science at any old iits, you can expect new iits, dual degree program is good program.
