sir, my estimated jee advanced rank is 1000.can i get cse in the new iits?

Yes, you will get CSE dual degree course in IIT-R and B.tech in CSE in IIT Guwahati. However, you may get a decent branch in the top 5 IITs. Do not think about the new IITs.
If you want to take CSE, go for Roorkee or Guwahati. Also, think about other branches like Chemical, Civil, Mechanical which you may get in the top 5 IITs.

Your estimated rank is very good.You will get CSE at any of the new IITs.IIT Delhi Production Engineering, IIT Delhi Chemical, IIT Kanpur Aerospace Engineering,IIT Kharagpur Electrical(B.tech+M.Tech)Engineering and IIT Roorkee ECE could be your other options.
