You may get chem , civil etc at iit roorke, guwahat, ism dhanbad, iit bhu.

Hi Sanjay,
Among the IITs he have a very low chance of getting decent branches. Here are few option: Paper & Pulp (IIT R), Environment Engg. (ISM Dhanbad)
I suggest he should try for IISc banglore, IISER, IISR & RGIPT.
