Yes there are many good colleges in Northern Part like –
Netaji Subhas Institute of tech, Delhi
Maharaja Agrasen Inst. of Tech., Delhi
IIT Ropar, LPU, Phagwara and Maharishi Markandeshwar University, Ambala
