passing board exams ins’t the real challenge. To crack iit jee adv u have to work very hard and 12th grade’s marks wouldnt affect much. so just give up everything and work hard for jee but surely also read ncert books thoroughly as it would help u alot to clear ur basic doubts and basic concepts
