sir i just saw my advance ran, it is 3425. Is there any chance of getting civil in kanpur, roorkee or kharagpur?

Hi Tarun,
Congratulations! No it would be difficult to get civil at IIT Kanpur, Kharagpur & Roorkee with a rank of 3425. You can get Civil at IIT BHU & new IITs.
