Sir, I just checked the last years IIT General Opening and Closing Ranks list and found that all the courses were filled at near about 8200 rank but the total seats in all IIT and ISM were 9700(approx.), then how are all the courses filled when there were 1500 seats vacant according to stats. Please answer me ASAP.Thank You

I guess you must have seen the rankings of general category and perhaps the rest seats must be for reserved categories,...anyway if you are able to make it at an IIt well and good otherwise try getting admission at – Lovely Professional University, Phagwara,.........Gurukul Kangri Vishwavidyalaya..........GITAM Uni, Vishakhapatnam
