Sir. I have scored 64% marks in 12th board exam. Can i give for JEE advanced exam .I am belong to ST category

no , you cannot , for entering into jee advanced councelling , you need 75 percent . even for admission into nit , iiit , you need 75 percent in board exam .
so, with this score you cannot , you need to appear for improvement .

no , you cannot with 64 percent . you need 65 percent for elligible to give jee advanced exam .
