Sir i got a rank of 64000 in the recently conducted mains xam.Will I be able to get a rank below 10000 in the upcoming advance xam.

My rank is 29k, General, should I opt for any state college cse branch or some Nits in which in which I am getting ECE , chemical, mechanics etc....
