60 percent ua re telling overall or after normalisation . if overall then u still have chances beacuse normalisation criteria for jee is diffrent , and for that not the top 5 will be considered . 
for normalisation criteria check out the jee main website . 
otherwise u can let me knw the marks that u have got in individual subject . 
and if this p[ercentage is after normalisation , 
then i am sorry , U ARE NOT ELLIGIBLE FOR JEE MAIN 2017 . 
that means u can give but if qualified u cannot participate in jee main councelling . ( specially josaa )
