sir i got 261 in mains and 96.4 percent in ap state board can i get seat in cse or eee or ece in nit warangal,suratkal,trichy & iiit hyd

My rank is 29k, General, should I opt for any state college cse branch or some Nits in which in which I am getting ECE , chemical, mechanics etc....
