Grade 11IIT JEE Entrance Exam

Sir, I got 2426 CML rank (GE cat) in Jee Advanced. My interest is in CS but my marks can’t get me CS in a good IIT. What are my options in the top % IITs? Should I compromise with a low branch in a good IIT and apply for branch change? Or should I drop out?

No you should go for cse at newer iits or nits.
