Hi Akhil,
I think you should go for electronics & communication at IIT Roorkee if you are getting. IIT Roorkee is above IIT Madras according to 2014 ranking. Your preference should be:
ECE (IIT Roorkee) > ME dual (IIT Madras) > IIT H

according to me go for computer science in iit hyderabad
but it all depends on your interest.

What subject do you like the most? This is your decision. Don’t get stuck up by the nature of the branch, placement data or the IIT. Don’t go by any ranking, because many of them are biased. You decide which branch you want to pursue for the rest of your life. You should then consider how far it is from your home town in case you don’t want to get homesick. The branch is more important than the institute. Best of Luck
