no it is difficult without any category .
But you should sit for counselling.

If you have a category then it may be possible, for a general category candidate there is no chance, well you need to be vigilant by checking the recent updates of counselling rounds and along with that keep visiting the official websites of institutions to seek admission there, you may consider visiting – AryaBhatta Knowledge Uni, Patna,.....Manav Rachna College of Engg, Faridabad,.......Lovely Professional University, Phagwara,..........Rajagiri School of Engg and Tech, Ernakullam
