Sir,
I got 109 in JEE mains 2016 and 91% in class 12 ISC. Can I get a seat in NIT Puducherry (OS). I belong to OBC(NCL) category.

first of all congrats for your good results. as your result is so good you can easily get a nit.chances of getting nit puducherry are also there but you will not get seats likes cse,civil etc.
otherwise i am sure you will go to a good nit.otherthings usually depends on counselling
