Admission in IITs is not based on the type of board you have studied in.
You have to get above 75% [general] in you final +2 boards [irrespective of the board you have studied in] to be eligible for admission in IITs.
You must qualify JEE ADVANCED with a good AIR to get good IITs and preferred branch.,after qualifing in JEE MAINS.
