sir i am getting 149 marks in jee advanced 2014.do i have a chance to enroll for the counselling..also i am getting electronics in thapar..what do you suggest?

your rank in jee adv. will be above 10,000 so you won't be able to get good branch at any iit. You should go for electronics in thapar.
