Yes you can get selection in IIT but its not 100% sure. This years paper was relatively a bit easiear than last 2 years, so we cant say it with surity, but you can get around 9000 rank maybe.

It also depends on which category are you from. If you are from OBC or SC you could get selected. But general category is harder but not impossible since this year paper was easier than the previous year
