as its jee advanced ques , we cannot predict anything , just i can suggest \you to practice the 2009 and 2008 ques paper of jee advanced carefully as that two year is that of same level of iit madras . 
iit madras will conduct the exam but the ques paper will be set by diffrent faculty and they will be not nessasary from iit madras , 
still , u can expect a moderate level paper this year , and iit madras will change the total no of  mark this year . 
so, keep practrice the prev year paper and also , do give more time on 2008 and 2009 specially .
