no , dnt worry about that , 
jee online and jee offline have same syllabus that is 11th and 12th ncert , so, u need to study same thing . 
just the mode is diffrent – u need to practice more to gain confidence , as if u are attmpting online , then practice as much mock test as u can by sitting in frnt of computer , and this will make u confident and your brain will adjust to think infrnt of compluter ,

you do not need to buy any extra book for online examination , 
you should study, chemistry from NCERT book, 
do a lots of practice in mathemetics and physics, 
you should do back year papers 
 join test series after completion of topic, 
do not worrry
