5 = e1000V/T - 1

This implies, 6 = e1000V/T

Again, I = e1000V/T - 1

dI/dV = e1000V/T * 1000/T

dI =  e1000V/T * 1000/T dV

dI = 0.2 mA

The correct option is B.
