Straight lines 
x+2y=9
or 3x+6y=27---------(1)
    3x+5y=5-----------(2)
subtracting (2) from (1)
y=22
from(2)
3x+110=5
3x=-105
x=-35
hence point of intersection is (-35,22)
===============
Now the lin  ax+by=1 is concurrent to (1) and (2)
so this line should pass through(-35,22)
then -35a+22b=1
or 35a-22b=-1
If the staright line 35x-22y=-1
passes throuh (a,b) if
35a-22b=-1
Hence option (a) a,b is correct
