My rank is 69000 under OBC category..Is there chances to get seat in NIT Pondicherry for ECE or CSE courses?? My home state Tamil Nadu.. Kindly help me..

Then any other NIT`s? and my open category rank is around 2.1 lakh and OBC category 69000..Any NIT`s available?? Or some other institutions??
