Definitely you won’t get branches like ec eee mech cs in IITs asper your rank. You can get it through your BITS score.

Dear Ranjan, My suggestion is to be a little more active...keep on visiting the official weblinks of IITs and BITS in order to find out the current status...and along with that don’t leave any stone unturned to find out the relevant details of admission criteria, eligibility conditions, fee structure and placements etc by visiting the websites of : –
