Sorry, in GEN and OBC no NITs...
In SC cat, may be you can get NITs after second and third round of counselling..

NO, honestly speaking with this rank you cannot get inti an IIT, but if you have 60-70% marks in board then you can try getting admission at some reputed private colleges/universities, you can consider visiting the official websites of – Institute of Engg and Mgmt, Kolkata..................Darbhanga College of Engg, Darbhanga,.........GITAM uni, Vishakhapatnam,..............Lovely Professional uni, Phagwara
