There is no direct formula. Follow these logics
• Nonñidentical mirror images with the same geometric arrangement of ligands

A set of two isomers are called enantiomers

Enantiomers differ in optical properties ññ rotate planeñpolarized light in opposite
directions

Optical isomers are mirror images of one another that cannot be superimposed.

Check for optical isomers by checking superpositions of mirror images (rotate to
superimpose)
